ScanVault is designed to capture, upload, and manage photos using folders and subfolders, mainly for logistics and operations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must not upload illegal or harmful content
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• You must use the app lawfully

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of uploaded photos. By uploading content, you grant permission for storage and display within the app and admin panel.

5. Server Storage

Data is stored on ScanVault servers. We are not responsible for data loss due to technical issues beyond control.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts if terms are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScanVault is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or business losses.

8. Changes to Terms
